The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
•A significant amount of experience in the hospitality industry, whether it’s as a bartender or a manager, or both
•The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
•The ability to work independently and also as a leader to other employees around them
•Some knowledge of craft beer, or if not, then the desire to learn about it
•Ability to handle situations dealing with hospitality and customer service
•Trustworthy and reliable
•Administrative and communication skills
